There was a very strong cigarette smell when we first stepped off the elevator, despite the clear "no smoking" signs around the property. We were woken up each morning by loud guests and open walkie talkies by staff. It could also be a pain to bring our keys to the desk when parking in certain spots but we understand there isn't much that can be done about that. Overall, the room was clean and everyone was kind!

The area around the hotel is definitely not the best. The hotel itself is manageable, not the best ever but it was clean and the staff was great. Met our big family needs for our trip to Universal Studios.

The staff was super friendly. The sofa pullout bed was really uncomfortable and noisy. The mattress is so thin you can feel the wired springs. The other beds were okay and the pillows were comfortable. Also, I would have appreciated if I was notified that there would be an authorization hold which was the same price of my booking. So I called and Allison was able to help me and she voided it. I think the best part of our stay was the delicious breakfast.

Alyson was AMAZING! She helped me from the first call to the time we left. Friendly and professional. So helpful with my questions. The hotel itself seems a bit older but the beds are comfy and the room is clean. I purposely stayed here because the pool was heated. Not quite heated like I wanted but it wasn't freezing. It is a bit small as well, but clean. Would stay here again.

The rooms are renovated, nice, and clean! The beds are comfy and breakfast was delish. We've never stayed anywhere where chocolate waffles are offered! Staff was friendly.

It was an overall good experience. It was great for all four us in our trip. Two things that was a bummer was the pool was dirty and the microwave in our room didn’t work so I had to walk down stairs and heat up my food other than that the staff was great and very welcoming! The breakfast is also a plus . I recommend this hotel!

The staff very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and serviced every day (stayed 3 nights). The only issue was I was locked out of my room the day before I was supposed to leave. The key no longer worked. It was easily solved.

I would have given 5 stars but the door to the bathroom was usually sticky to the touch (not the door knob but the wall) and the activity of the cleaning staff would wake us up due to their loud radios and the fact that they kept their carts right outside our door because our door faced the elevator. Otherwise than these two items, the stay was good. Parking was good and so was their breakfast options.

Hotel was fine, charged $19 for parking in a tandem parking lot in what I'd call a below-average neighborhood. Not entirely unsafe but we weren't exactly motivated to hang around or even walk across the street to the grocery store after dark. Decent breakfast setup and economical for what we needed as a family going to Universal Studios.

Good Stay
Location was okay. Staff was excellent, Zxy was very helpful. Parking was okay didn’t like the tandem parking, however, since my husband is disabled and need access to the truck of the car due to his wheelchair Zxy was very very accommodating. One complaint I request a shower chair via message when booking. No shower chair in the room. Would have been nice for a response that they wouldn’t have been able to accommodate request so I could have make other arrangements.

The Hotel and staff was excellent. The parking is double deep. So if you or the other car needs to leave someone needs to move out of the way for that to happen. Parking cost 20.00. The area is definitely not the best but it is close to the Burbank airport 7 min drive

They were doing some construction but we’re respective of time of day close to universal studios I wouldn’t go walking at night but felt safe at hotel even had a small indoor pool would stay again
