"We stayed for three nights. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Everything worked. I would have loved a bit more water pressure, but it wasn't bad. We did not have the breakfast so we can't speak to that. We did visit the Bar 54 and I thought the view was great. Drinks were pricey, but it's Manhattan. Great location. Just around the corner from the theater where we saw a play. Easy access to subway stations. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This was the perfect spot for me to stay while I was solo traveling in NYC! My room was comfortable and had everything I needed, and was cleaned every day. The property is centrally located in Manhattan and 3 minutes away from the nearest subway station. It was pretty quiet considering and I never had to wait for a bathroom. The rooftop terrace was also beautiful, I couldn't believe what I got for such a great price. I will definitely be back on my next trip to NYC."

"Nicely located just a few blocks from Grand Central. It was a nice hotel with great views and the staff was very nice and helpful. There is a $38 per day destination fee but you get $36 per day to spend at their cafe or store."
