Disliked: Staff & service
Stylish property, but staff greatly unorganised and unfriendly. Check-in process was long and ardious, issues & confusion between staff members on whether rooms were ready, if bookings had been pre-paid or not and so on. Staff greated guests by asking for ID, no hello/welcome/enjoy your stay etc. A very stylish property in a great location but customer service is lacking and does not warrant the high rate.

Ok chain with 3 sister hotels but tiny rooms
It was ok, but rooms are so tiny, even they upgraded me to the Club. Ok for a single person. Tight for a couple. No way with a child.
