From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, the staff were so friendly and professional. Some of the best we have encountered. The hotel was just what we wanted. Convenient for shopping, dining etc. room had everything we needed too.

I have been to London several times, and this is the best property I've stayed at by far. It is so luxurious and peaceful, but in the midst of this gorgeous upscale neighborhood with bustling London energy.
