The only thing I enjoyed about this hotel was its proximity to Paddington. I stayed in a single room on the ground floor, which did not feel very safe. The window was level with a courtyard so as a solo female traveler, I felt a bit uneasy. My room was also by an exterior door, which people used so it was noisy. The lights stopped working in my room and I had to change rooms. The lights in the second room flickered, so I didn’t use them. There was also an item left behind by the previous guest that was missed when the room was cleaned. The staff was very nice, but I did not enjoy the hotel itself.

Definitely great value for what I paid. They have treats or croissants or chocolates etc for everyone when they walk in (not just checking in.) I had small room with double but just what I needed. It has everything i wanted in outlet for US/Europe along with UK outlets too. The service was great & had no issues too. WiFi is complimentary with no password needed either. If I can get deal again London I would stay here again & recommend to family/friends

Close to Paddington Station, close restaurants, staff was helpful and courteous. Room had what I needed but I didn’t appreciate the location of room and having to walk through the restaurant to get there. Otherwise good stay.

Rooms are a bit small, even for European standards. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way and the USA built in wall adapters didn’t work but the front desk staff did let us borrow an adapter which was nice.
