Great location. Hotel is right next to Lancaster Gate underground station. The hotel is showing it's age, and many would say it needs renovating. But for me, I like stepping back in time. It was clean, comfortable, friendly staff, and decent value.

Nice and convenient

I have a conference at the Royal Lancaster and this hotel was just a few hundred yards away - so convenient! Only issue was that breakfast was at 7:30 but I had to be at venue for 7:00 ! Other than that was a comfortable stay and would stay again!

Website photos bear no resemblance to reality, does that make Expedia complicit in misrepresentation. I was guided by the photos on your site, should have checked Trust Pilot, so shoujd the trade. Bedroom awful, advertised amenities not there: restaurant and bar. Every other person staying there complaining. Noisy room, no double glazing and next bedroom residents not noisy but we could easily have had a conversation through the wall. Disgusted.

The pictures of the hotel are misleading, very outdated. Must have been good in its prime, but the place is falling apart. Power sockets sunk in the wall, The shower has hardly any water coming out. Breakfast had limited options. Owner neeedsss to renovate ASAP. The location is good due to bus routes. The guy at the front desk was welcoming. We are deffo not Coming back. I have limited pics even the photo frames and colour scheme is outdated. If the hotel was preserved it would be beautiful bur honestly such a disappointment. Plus parking is a joke payed £30 quid for 24 hours !!!!!

Jeg ble booket om til the Colonnade hotel. Hotellet er nedslitt, dårlig aircondition som lager mye lyd, ubehagelige senger, rom i kjelleren med utsikt mot lysgrav, veldig enkel frokost, mugg på brødet. Er dette virkelig et 4 stjerners hotell?

過ごしやすいホテルです

3泊させていただきました。 腰に故障を抱えていたので多少辛い思いはしましたが、シャワールーム、トイレが部屋の中の高い位置に設置されていて別空間化されているのでゆったりできました。部屋には冷蔵庫がありませんでしたが、フロントで預かっていただけ不自由はありません。コンセントの持参は必須です。わりと古いホテルだと思うので部屋にUSBコネクタはなく携帯やアップルウォッチの充電にはヒヤヒヤでした。 歩いて5分ぐらいのところにテスコエクスプレスがあり、ホテルの周りにも5〜6件のレストランがあり便利です。
