We enjoyed our stay. Staff was helpful. We ate breakfast at the hotel and that was really good. The hotel is in a really great location. Walking distance to the Paddington Station. Which will get you anywhere you need to go.

The staff was very friendly and the location is perfect. Very nice breakfast, although some some of the extras should be inclusive with the booked breakfast as well. One point of attention for us large Dutchies is to have a hook or two on the door or wall behind it for coats and / or towels to create a bit more space.
Beautiful property, had everything we needed. Staff was wonderful, and it was very close to Paddington station!

Breakfast was perfect sized. Not over indulging. Room was small but functional. I’d only recommend having some cosy lighting. And being in London it’s difficult to find a small boutique hotel where you don’t hear noise from the corridor or other rooms. Good stay and close to edgware road tube and busses, which is a bonus.
Great and quick service, from check-in to check-out. Friendly and genuine. Good location, just a short walk from Paddington Station.

Liked: Cleanliness
Staff was great, but the quality of the room didn't correspond to the price segment. There was nothing "design" about it, unlike other Design Hotels we've stayed at. The room felt cheap and poorly thought-out.
This is a very nice hotel and well managed. It is clean and has a nice feel. A caution though is that the cozy rooms are very small. Nevertheless, we would happily go back.
Great property in a lovely and convenient locations, close to Paddington Station and easy walk through nearby parks to popular destinations, like Mayfair.

Breakfast to be improved
Really not nice that breakfast is not buffet, you have fixed fruit plus one hot meal to be ordered. Any sweet need to be paid. This is not making any sense considering the whole room price. Reception is kind, pleasant environment, noisy floors when someone is walking above your floor. But please, fix the breakfast!
The most welcoming hotel in London! Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicate style and nice room. And sauna! Good food in restaurant as well! I really recommend this hotel, with a good loc near Paddington.
We were staying in London and wanted to base ourselves in the Paddington area. I came across this hotel on hotels.com.
It was conveniently located to the train station which was important to us. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and we would definitely stay her again if in the area.
Great location - nicely decorated.
Our double room was tiny though. Literally just enough room to get around the beds, the bathroom is large in comparison.
Under bed storage is a great idea but not enough room to manoeuvre a suitcase into it.
To access the safe under the bed you have to lay on the floor - which was just wide enough to do so.
Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy.
However, the rooms are very small and walls are thin.
Therefore, you can hear your neighbors every move.
Would return if I needed to be close to Paddington
Beautiful hotel very close to Paddington station, tucked away enough so that the area feels quiet. The room is small (which is expected in that part of London) but is well put together, lovely finishing touches like sparkling water available to fill up from the hallway and decorated nicely. I really liked the library room which was just off the reception, great place to wait for someone to get ready / work from read.
Small room even by London standards, but well laid out with lots of storage. Furnishings and bathroom look new. The things that set this property apart were the very comfortable library and the private, by reservation sauna. Outstanding efficiency and friendliness from every staff person we encountered.
