"Great location and staff we amazing"

"It's the 3rd time we choose this hotel when we go to London. Well situated near the underground (Russell Square) line that goes direct from/to airport (no transfer). Plenty of restaurants & bars near by. Great breakfast too. We enjoyed the very large shower in our bathroom. But who had that very bad idea to paint corridors black ??? Probably some kind of gothic weirdo. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this hotel."

"We had an amazing 2 night stay, customer service was fantastic, staff always helpful. We went for my daughter's 30th birthday and they put a lovely message on the mirror for her, a beautiful birthday card and chocolates. The room was beautiful with a great view, will definitely be back, thanks for a great be weekend 😊"

"This is a lovely hotel in a good position for Tube access. Rooms very modern and clean. However only two plug sockets, not ideal when charging phones and other gadgets need plugging in. No kettle in room although you could go down to the restaurant in a morning and get hot water, not ideal though when you just want a brew and have to get dressed to get one. Need to be tech savy as all controls in room work off an ipad and limited tv channels available. There was an option to connect to own device but this did not work. If staying at a weekend there is no cleaning service on a Saturday."

"Clean stylish room with comfortable bed. Good functional layout. Toilet - not so much. The toilet is just a glass door separation. If you are sharing a room, either you are very familiar or will get to be. Shower - water gets out no matter how careful we are Buffet breakfast- good selection with wonderful coffee stations Staff are friendly and helpful"
