Very satisfied with my stay. The room was recently renovated, clean, and fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, with two subway stations nearby, making it easy to reach central London
Very comfortable hotel, near to the location I needed

We booked 2 rooms and got to completely different standards for the same price. One was newly renovated and on the aecond floor the other one was from the early 90ies in the basement but clean. Since we only spent our time sleeping there it was fine. Very close to the tube. The staff was very friendly and helpful!
The location was perfect and close to the city and all the must see. Would stay there again.

Wonderful staff
The staff were absolutely wonderful. listened and sorted things out when I had concerns. The breakfast was a surprise as there was a Malaysian menu in addition to croissants, cereals etc.

Good location. Many restaurants, shops, and transportation nearby. 3 blocks from Kensington Park. Staff was helpful and responsive. However, hotel needs updating. 2 or 3 buildings are connected and you must walk up and down steps to get from lobby to rooms. Carpet in halls and rooms is warn and soiled.
Was very easy to travel too, very clean and overall made our trip very easy.

Overall had a great stay! The staff was kind and helpful and there was an elevator that was helpful in moving luggage. I will note that there was no air conditioning or fan in our room, so if you stay here in the summer be aware of higher temperatures in the room.
Very good location, just a block away from the Bayswater station. Several restaurants, pubs, cafés, and supermarkets nearby. Very polite staff. The room was small but functional and clean. I would definitely stay there again.

The location , 2 tube lines , short way to pubs , restaurants, mini bank , shops
Great location. The remodeled rooms are small but well kept. The older rooms do not have air conditioning and are prettt dated. Also, first floor rooms are really loud
Berjaya Eden Park London was a great fit for me as a solo traveler. The staff were all helpful and kind, every interaction was professional and friendly. The location worked very well for me, as it was a 1 minute walk from the Bayswater Station and about a 5 minute walk from the Queensway Station. The room did get rather warm because the weather overall was fairly hot, but I appreciated that the room had a fan! Overall, it worked for what I needed and I'd stay here again.

The location , 2 underground lines nearby , same with shops , minibank ,pubs and restaurants.
Staff was pleasant. The room was sufficient however I read two different places that they are not responsible for theft- which made me feel uneasy. In the lobby there is a sign about thieves as well. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Unfortunately you hear a lot of street noise if you hand a room facing the road which I did. The room had a terrace outside which was cool, but the curtain rod stopped the door from opening all of the way. Breakfast is not free.
The staff were very accommodating even when i made a mistake in my booking and needed extra day , it was sorted out easily , the hotel is very central and easy walking distance from tube so makes it simple to explore Lodon ,thankyou very much
Friendly staff. The room we had has been modernised, although it's quite small but very clean and comfortable. The window is single glazed therefore you can here cars/motorbikes on the street. The Malaysian restaurant next door is great and convenient. Overall a great stay!

Thank you for a nice stay- I really appreciated that I was able to check in early after a long flight - my room was and kept spotless!!! People at the front desk were very helpful-
To the owners of the hotel - you need to freaking up hallways with paint- some wall art in the hallways and in the rooms- my room 301 - not enough lighting need something by the bed -like for reading- I appreciated the fan but it wasn’t enough and it was very warm in my room towards the end of my stay - overall my stay was pleasant- thank you
