If you don’t use it, you’ll be still charged $35 a day. Ed Sheeran gives you two ticket of the Guten HAIM Museum or two hours like rental at the Central Park. Our room was 21st floor which has not been remodeled. Our room was clean, but furnitures were old. Great strong shower and very comfortable bed!"

"The heater made a very loud banging sound throughout most of the night which made it hard to sleep. Everything else was great, loved the bed and pillows. Great location "

"Location was perfect. Layout was accessible. Very clean. Even during peak traffic hours, things moved along steadily. Only complaint is at the end of our trip. I was an obviously tired woman, with a young son in tow, and at 6am in the lobby with multiple suitcases, I let the friendly concierge gentleman give me a bottle of water, a seat, and the promise of a hotel car to take me to LaGuardia "at the same price as a yellow cab!". I was relieved for the help and didn't question. Suprise, surprise, the car service was twice as expensive which I learned at the end of the trip. Don't be midwestern naïve like me. Have a good stay!! "

"No ventilation in the bathroom, clogged sink and paint following apart from the ceiling.We found small toy next to the bed showing the quality of the floor cleaning. Lobby was renovated and ok ."

"If you want the hustle and bustle of Times Square this is the perfect location. Excellent views from higher floors and the room and hotel are very clean. The staff was very helpful and upgraded us to a higher floor when we checked in. If it’s your first time in New York City, this is a great location Midtown so you can take the subway."
