The lobby is beautiful and we found the location ideal. We used Grab taxis to go everywhere, They were very cheap. The staff are so helpful and very friendly. The breakfast buffet has an amazing selection of food. The pool was accessible, as the hotel catered for a lot of business men, it was never busy and adequate sunbeds. We were in the rainy season so never stayed by the pool all day, also off sightseeing.
The only criticism is the room smelt a bit, the rest of the hotel has piped scent...

We had a fabulous room, number 317, with a terrace and direct access to swimming pool. We paid extra for this room but it was well worth it.
We were involved in a robbery whilst in the city. The hotel were great. They took us to the police station with a translator so we could complete all necessary forms.
We ate in both restaurants and enjoyed all food sampled.
Service was great, staff lovely.

We stayed at the InterContinental Asiana Saigon Residences for 3 nights.
It is located within the same plaza building as their hotel tower that most taxi drivers from the airport would probably take you to (as ours did) ... but reception staff personally escorted us over to their residence tower which took less than 60 seconds to get to through the small plaza.
The residence tower has very generous spacious suites with stylish chic contemporary interior design.
A HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...
