This was definitely not a 4 star hotel as listed, i thhink it was a 3 star.. However room was spotless and hotel very clean, staff were very pleasant There was no business centre to print in. The pool was a disappointment as it was currently boarded up at one side and access was up a rickety fire escape and tiles were missing around the pool terrace. Limited sunchairs and no umbrellas but the pool itself was a welcome relief in the heat. we were not advised in advance of the pool area being refurbished and half the terrace closed. Breakfast was OK, nothing outstanding. Wifi and aircon in room were good and overall a pleasant stay.

This was a lovely Boutique Hotel in a perfect location, right across the street from the big marketplace. The room was very nice and the staff could not be nicer. They had a lovely breakfast buffet and also a very nice rooftop pool with an amazing view. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. Thumbs up.

Staff really helpful and enjoy my stay overall. I found the afternoon tea a little un inspiring and the pool area too small. The clearing of old cans and glasses awas also an issue around the pool

My stay was great except for one small issue with a couple gossipy breakfast staff cook and assistants who made my wife feel uncomfortable to the point that my wife spoke to superior and said something.
