Cosy place for reasonable budget

This tiny apartment has quite good location and looks fresh and clean. There are 2 bedrooms and sofa at the flat, so it would be OK for accommodation of a family or group of friends. There is an only window at the apartment (in the small bedroom), so if you got used to sleep with an open window you should take this fact into account. Thanks to Pedro & Alexandra for a welcome bottle of wine! Now a couple of words re. what should be improved: - there is no wardrobe in the apartment, so hangers would help a lot - there is no place to hang the clothes and towels in the bathroom, a couple of hooks would easily resolve this problem (there is a towel holder mounted nearby sink, but it's not durable enough to hold even 1 towel, bends very quickly) - the power outlets under the TV set should be fixed, they are not properly attached to the wall - a corkscrew is missing...

Gute Lage der Unterkunft, allerdings nicht unbedingt für ältere Menschen geeignet, da die Treppe im Haus sehr steil ist. Und auch in dem Stadtteil Alfama selbst gibt es sehr viele Treppen. Dieses wiederum macht die Alfama an sich sehr interessant. Sozusagen ein Labyrinth aus Treppen und kleinen Gassen, sodass man immer wieder neue Wege entdeckt.

Eine wundervolle, kleine Unterkunft im Herzen von Lissabon. An Ausstattung und Sauberkeit gab es nichts auszusetzen, der Blick war wunderschön und einzigartig. An klaren Tagen konnte man bis zum anderen Ufer des Tajos schauen. Wer das Flair der Stadt mit seinen kleinen verwinkelten Gassen erleben möchte, ist hier genau richtig!

Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Seitengasse und ist modern eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder dieses Apartment buchen wenn wir in Lissabon sind.

La ubicacion es perfecta, apartamento pequeño pero muy acojedor, en diciembre hace un poco de frio, no tiene aire acondcionado, pero si se lo dices te ponen un calefactor. Camas comodísimas, recomendable para 3 o 4 personas hay 2 camas de matrimonio.

Recommended : ideal located modern apartment

Would i recommend :Yes Review : New property, literally has everything u need. Very conveniently located especially for travellers with kids Bathroom is very small but the.shower is lovely so compensates for that! Lovely interier rather modern. Tip: it is a whole building with 4 separated apartments within it. Be sure to specify when selecting the confirmed apartment. I genuinely thought i booked the largest double studio as per puctures but when i got there it was not the case. My bokking said apartment 2, i was put im apattment 1 as code wasnt working. This was the smaller of the doubles were many interactions by phone service was not good but email with pedro was better. Tje heater did not work i msg pedro and within an hr he got a new heater in to the prooerty. I felt that tje pic was very misleading and yes did updet me but nothing i could do as there was a booking in place so couldnt switch. I feel compensation would have been a good gesture but to give balance Pedro did keep strong communication through out.
