It’s a nice place to stay, but the check in process was not so easy. To many steps to do and I had to pay additional $18 euro at check in process. Also to check in you have to apply your reservation number and date in order to get access to the apartment.

Awesome stay in Lisbon

My wife and our 2 kids had an amazing stay in Lisbon at the apartment. The balcony and the view is awesome and definitely worth it. The service level of the staff there is really high and even though we encountered some problems then the staff fixed it in no time. If I come back I will definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartments had everything we needed for a week’s stay. Comfortable beds and cleaned daily. Some of the fittings look great but are not that robust. The apartments are in a lively area so plenty going on but are down a side street so still quiet at night. There are lots of hills to get to transport links so not good for people with mobility problems but we walked most of the time. Good views of the city from nearby. Great place to stay in Lisbon.

This property was really great. Large, good beds and A/C, nice balcony and view of the city. Excellent location. Only downside was the stress of not receiving checkin instructions 48 hours in advance as promised. It took many phone calls to Expedia, who were clueless, and then finally getting hold of the property owner (no response from messaging, had to call using Teams for it to work from Canada), who was able to explain it. They blamed Expedia, Expedia blamed them. Sort it out Expedia!!!! FYI - they have other Serviced Apartments to store bags but you have to call them to find this out.

The apartment was hardly better than a hostel. It was dingy, uncomfortable, and loud. The bed was as hard as sleeping on the floor. We had stayed at another hotel for the first part of our trip for the same price, and it was lovely. This place is gross and not worth even half the price

We were locked in the building. There was no way out! No one to help or contact. Sent them an email, got a response 3 days later that said sorry we don’t understand the email. There was apparently a power outage and we were locked in the building with no way out. No one there to help. Lasted over 3 hours. In case of a fire we would’ve died!

Very good, but there is some room for improvement

+ Online check in was rather easy and quick. Page froze once but restarting it didn’t cause any errors. Later check in at the automated kiosk at the property was also easy +There is a lot of outlets that are well placed +Kitchen is well designed. plenty of plates, pots and utensils (most of them are from ikea but not the cheapest ones available). +There is a handy guidebook with info about apartament including a quick guide to using dishwasher, stove, oven/microwave combo and laundry/drying machine. (there's an option to buy for one euro detergent for laundry machine, and they provided us with two dishwasher tablets for 7 day stay) +Bathroom is rather small but water pressure is good and lighting is sufficitent - Paper towels for the kitchen would be handy. Two kitchen washcloths instead of one could also help - One thing lacking in the kitchen was a dish drainer. You get dishwashing liquid and a sponge but you have to improvise how you dry the dishes.

We stayed in the two beds room - located at ground level/basement. It was noisy and you can hear noise from other rooms. The shower leaked water onto the floor - bathroom floor was wet slippery. Despite, the location being fantastic - very central, the checkin process was very frustrating and mostly led to this bad review. Hotels.com indicated that we would be receiving a code to enter the property (which never happened). To enter the building, you must be lucky that another hotel guest is leaving or coming in to let you in. There is also a buzzer (no instructions in the email) on how to use. Once you are let in, you checkin with the kiosk (inside building) you get the code to the building and your room- you MUST take a picture as this is NEVER emailed to you. For further assistance, I chatted with a virtual agent from hotels.com but they only provided a phone number for the hotel. However, this number is not registered with WhatsApp- so N.A. travelers are not able to call them for help. Very frustrating. We just travelled for two weeks in Portugal and this was by far the worst checkin process and room

Barcelona Week

The apartment was very nice, clean with all the necessities. My issue was the lack of communication on how to access the apartment. The website indicates that I would receive information on accessing the apartment about 48 hours before our reservation arrival date. I did not receive any information. I eventually had to call and spoke to some who told me that they don’t follow that process any longer. When I arrived I needed to ring a buzzer and I would be let in. I needed to store luggage and was given the address of a different apartment building where they had storage. Once again ring the buzzer and I would be let in. When I arrived I couldn’t determine what button was the buzzer. I did not have a door code so I could not get in. I was let in by someone else staying in the building and once again had to call the contact number. This person finally provided me with a door code for the apartment building I would be staying at. She informed me that inside the entry was a self checkin kiosk that would provide the apartment entry code. I stored my luggage and then walked to the building where I would be staying. I completed the self checkin process and received the appropriate codes. Eventually, I moved my luggage to my place. All the codes worked. I tried to email the property management company numerous times before I arrived in Barcelona to verify that I would be provided a code before checkin. I never received a response from them. Poor communication.

The apartment was excellent for the price and located in a fantastic area. I was traveling with my husband and two daughters—while there is a sofa bed in the living room, it wasn’t the most comfortable setup. I’d recommend it mainly for two people, unless you're traveling with older kids.

숙박 안내와 문의에 대한 회신이 없었음

숙소는 아래층이라 전망은 사진과 달럈지만 숙소 자체는 만족할 수준이었음. 하지만 숙박일 전까지 안내 메일도 오지 않아 문의 하였으나 회신도 없었음. 유심 교체로 전화를 할 수 없어 일단 숙소에 도착하였으나 문은 닫혀있고 들어갈 수 없엇음. 다행히 다른분의 도움으로 들어가기는 하였으나 무인이라 거기에 있는 인터폰으로 연락을 해도 받지 않아 한동안 입구에 서서 기다려야 했음.

Everything was really perfect! The only small things with potential of improvement is: the “double” bed could be larger (hard to sleep in two), it would be great if there were some bowls in the kitchen. All the rest perfect: very clean, great location, separation between sleeping and living area, kitchen with oven, stove, fridge and everything you need. We really felt like home and we were very happy with our choice.
