I did not stay at this apartment but paid for it and I am looking for a refund. I have a little dog, yorkiepoo and saw on the website that they allowed animals, what it said specifically was that "service animals always welcome others there was a fee". Now when I called because I had nowhere to go with dog to try and check in earlier I was told by a lady that no under no circumstances did they take animals. I called Hotels.com and was on the phone for about an hour for them to try and get me something else, but had already been told that I had paid with the option of no refunds. This is totally unacceptable as I WAS MISLEAD, and there I am in the evening having to leave the place I was at and nowhere to go. The girl trying to help me NOT HELPFUL having me go to Setubal which is on the other side of river or taking a hotel upwards of 3,000 euros which I did not have. I have pictures I have taken from Lisbon Serviced Apts. on my phone where animals are welcome, so this is totally bogus and I have been sick over this and awaiting the help of someone else to pursue this matter.
