The location was perfect and the locals were so nice and helpful. The apartment itself was ok, it could use some improvements and it would be perfect. It would be nice to have a tv for the kiddos at the end of the day. There were some mold on a few places, some unfinished tiles, and one of the bathroom windows needed more coverage for people outside not to look inside since it was a first floor apartment.

Safe property. Location good. Communication was easy with host and check in simple. There was no mattress for the sofa bed a doona was provided but no pillows for sofa bed. Manual showed a mattress but not provided. Manual provided was for a different apartment.

Small stuff mar nice property

The location is excellent and the property very nice. But the nickel and diming with basic items very irritating. One day's worth of toitet paper, dishwashing soap, one garbage bag. I booked a week. No laundry soap. I complained and was told that was the policy. Go buy them. I did not travel to Lisbon to shop TP Also No towel racks or hooks in the bathroom. No mirrors in the bedrooms.

The building does not have an option to leave your bags if you arrive before check in and there are no places nearby where you can store your bags, the closest is a 15 minute walk away, with large suitcases, impossible. Additionally, if you look for an apartment with kitchen equipped, you would expect to arrive and have at least oil/olive oil to use during your stay, this is generally the minimum that apartments in other locations offer, at least for the first day. They had dirty glasses stored on the cabinet. One of the bathrooms leaks water completely out of the shower while you shower, so it gets complicated. Furthermore, they did not have bedding for the sofa bed. Overall, I found the apartment unprepared to receive a family.

Les draps des 2 lits simples n'ont pas du être changes avant notre arriver car il y avait des cheveux sur les draps du dessous. Les oreillers et la couette qui etaient destines pour le canape lit ranger dans le placard etaient inutilisables car mouillés et sales, du certainement a une fuite d'eau dans le placard et ca sentait le renfermé ! Il a fallu attendre le lendemain pour qu'une équipe de nettoyage vienne nous remettre tout ca au propre! Du coup,la première nuit n'a pas du tout été au top vu ces desagrements.( pas d'oreillers ni couette)

En realidad, la habitación muy limpia y cómoda. El problema es que cuando yo reservé tenía poca señal y poco tiempo después de la confirmación, me mandaron un correo para el check in en línea. El cual yo no recibí hasta mi llegada al aeropuerto Lisboa. Perdí casi dos horas para poder accesar a la habitación cerca a la 1:30 de la mañana y eso que era con acceso digital. No fue muy bueno el servicio por parte del Departamento

Bekvämt och fint boende, centralt i Lissabon.

Bekvämt rent och fräscht boende centralt i Lissabon. En rymlig lägenhet där vi sov bra och kunde nyttja köket för frukost och enstaka måltider. Enkel och flexibel inchekning då vi anlände ca 4 timmar tidigt. Samma vid utchekning, vi kunde stanna en extra timme och njuta mer av staden. Rekomenderas.

В апартаментах было прохладно и сыро, не было теплых одеял, принесли в последний день ( в санузлах на стенах плесень и облезшая краска, в общем на троечку. Apartament - doskonała jakość i lokalizacja

Apartament w świetnej lokalizacji. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony i komfortowy. Jedynie jako uciążliwość traktować można dźwięki z ulicy ale to przecież centrum miasta. Po zamknięciu okien jest cisza a klimatyzacja działa bardzo sprawnie. Generalnie doskonały apartament na pobyt w Lizbonie

4th of July Getaway

The location was great but it is very load all night long. The apartment is located on the top floor with no lift. It was difficult carrying all of our luggage up and down the flights of stairs. The air conditioner didn't cool the apartment so we had to open all the windows since it was so hot and stuffy in the apartment. There was a used coffee filter left in the coffee machine. The bathrooms were not very clean. The ceiling in the loft was very low, just a little over 5 feet, it was fine for me since I'm short but my friends were too tall for that room. I was told that the apartment had just been renovated but it was old and needs work. I would not recommend that appartment or stay there again.
