We stayed in 105 which is in the back. It was super quiet and we had an outdoor terrace all to ourselves. The two twin beds were very comfortable and the water pressure was great. The kitchen is tiny but works for coffee and breakfast. More coffee pods for the stay would be good. A supermarket minutes away and above all the location was amazing. Close to everything!

They are remodeled modern inside. clean and new, and a quiet retreat from all the activity of the big city below. Benards restaurant just up past the bookstore has complete food and patisserie in one and its a convenient location for shopping, sightseeing, food, and an easy pickup spot right in front for uber or taxi.

Garrett 48 St Apartments. Insides are just like their pics. You can hear water running on showers but not offensive. The rest is clean and staff helpful and kind.

This place was amazing! It actually looks EXACTLY like the photos. The apartment was big and roomy. Lots of space. Very conveniently located in one of the best areas in Lisbon. It’s within walking distance to the main attractions and there is a metro station close by. Perfect location and I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

I stayed here years ago, and now the upkeep is the same. Very well cared for property. Very comfortable bed. Windows provide decent soundproofing for a main street.

Excellent apt, very nice staff and very clean. Good location. On a hilly street so you will earn your pastries. Could not find any supermarket or even a convenience store nearby so bring basics like creamer and sugar, they provide Nespreso machine and 4 coffee pods.

Very comfortable room. Manager was very helpful (didn’t catch her name). Great location! We had a lovely garden patio, but no view of the street. Very quiet in our well appointed room.

Great location. Communication good when we needed something, they replied quickly on WhatsApp. The only thing missing from our room were some drawers to put things in. Also if booking with Expedia you think you’ve paid a deposit but you don’t. Full payment is on arrival.

Beatiful rooms in restored old building. Centraly located in old town Lisbon. Metro stop half a block away. Grocery store and shopping mall very close. Only bad comment is on a very busy street.

Excellent location that makes travelling about Lisbon very easy. The property was overall in excellent condition but on the last night we noticed some mould spots on the blanket. Nothing major but just was worrying after sleeping on them for 3 nights. The apartment is right on a main street and near to many of the popular bars and restaurants.

These accommodations are newly renovated apartments in an 18th century building. Right on Rua Garrett, where those who want to see and be seen have been visiting for 3 centuries. The downside is it’s quite crowded on the street, day and night. The upside is its fab location, close to shops and transport of all kinds and very safe. The office personnel are all super helpful. While they are not always in the office (and leave at 5:30 or 6) the phone number provided will answer any questions pretty quickly through WhatsApp texts. Our room was on the 5th floor facing the street. There is a giant crane across from our building but the windows are well sealed and we have a good AC/heating unit, so minimal noise. There is a full kitchen, fridge, glasses, cups and other dish ware if you want to take some meals in. Bed is large and comfy, bath is spacious with shower stall. The rain head and handheld sprayer deliver hot water immediately with excellent pressure. A lighted magnifying mirror is perfect for make-up application. We were there a week and on the 3rd day, there was cleaning service. Otherwise not.

Great experience! Some minor issues.

Loved how friendly everyone was. Really approachable and super central location. Couldnt have been more amazing. I was a solo traveler, and im bery partiuclar, so these were minor downsides to the stay: 1) the cleaning ladies were directly outside room 104 creating a huge amount of noise early in the morning. Uneccessary amounts of laughter which woke me wlearly most mornings. 2) building work directly outside, which did not stop except on the saturdqy i was there. Absolute headache. 3) i was cold in the evenings, but couldnt identify any central heating, though hot water was amazing with a high pressure shower. 4) did not like the pillows on the sofa or the swat covers for the kitchen. Very unconfortable and could bot guarantee how hygienic they were. 5) the duvet of my bed had no cover, so could not guarantee how hygienic it was. So thick too, would be tricky to be washed- almost impossible? So porbbaly dowsnt get washed 6) very little natural light came into my apartment 7) could have at least offered to out pepper and salt as a bare minimum in the kitchen (and maybe olive oil) Again. Im super particular. Coffee pods were a nice touch, everybting was really modern and appeared clean. Thank you for the bottles of water, they saved my life after my long flight. Really happy with the customer service.

Overall, very good. The only issue I had was sewer smell one day that went away. Apparently there’s a big plumbing pipe going through the room so there’s a constant noise of water flushing down in room of 504 also when it rained on one of the days There was a leakage over the stove. Great location and amazing stuff.

I was looking for a conveniently located room with a fridge available at a reasonable price. Success. As a seasoned traveller, here is the 411: Pros: The location is amazing for accessing major sites as well as transportation to sites not in the immediate vacinity. As these are "apartments" and not hotel rooms, the kitchen facilities were excellent and appreciated on a 6-night stay. The place is very clean and the staff are nice and helpful - although at my age it's weird to communicate with them via What's App. There is a proper grocery store on the next block and after the first day I discovered there was an elevator to get to it (it's up a very steep hill otherwise). Cons: These are mostly minor, but could be improved. The fridge, like in many european locals, did not really keep things cold enough for my tastes, even at what seemed to be the strongest setting. The bathroom was extremely clean, but no backup roll of toilet paper was provided. I suggest a backup roll be standard as when you run out is not the time to discover there isn't another! :). Another miss from a US perspective, no tissues were provided. In the kitchen, I'm happy to buy my own groceries, but salt & pepper should be provided. There is a coffee machine with coffee pods, but no tea bags, even though a kettle is provided. Finally, the TV was fine, but subject to a lot of digital breakup. Last note-the area is incredibly hilly with lots of steps to get to the place from either Metro exit
