Lovely and clean suite in a great neighborhood. However difficult parking and using entrance code- would appreciate more communication with the code next time- on whats app or other media as was unable to access email Great stay once we figured how to get in!

Splendid Lisbon Apartment!

We were in no 41, on the top floor, with a large private terrace with gorgeous views across the city. From check in to check out, everything worked well. Not over luxurious but very clean and more than adaquate, and fully equipped. Well located in a good district.

Conveniently located with a bus stop literally right out front. Most places also walkable (20-30 mins) if you don’t mind walking some hills. Room was clean, AC worked very well, and staff were responsive.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was large and clean. It takes a while for the water to get warm in the shower. We were on the ground floor so we had to put up with noise in the lobby a few times. It's a good location with a bus & tram stop just out the front door.

Loved the apartment, 3 of us stayed for 3 nights and had a good experience. Walkable to amazing restaurants and breakfast places like cafe monka and others. Tram line is right outside the house. Communication could have been better though, with access code provided over email instead of us having to find someone, use their phone and call them.

Clean and good sized apartment in a great, peaceful residential area. Close enough to walk most places with a decent selection of cafes and restaurants nearby, yet outside of the noise and constant foot traffic. Definitely recommend!

This hotel tries very hard to keep the place Safe & Clean, I appreciate that. However, the people on the room cross from us was extremely noisy at night - adults & kids both. But now way to communicate with the hotel staff since there is no staff on the hotel itself.

Excellent stay

Really comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of appliances, crockery etc We were on the 4th floor which meant we had to go up one flight of stairs as the lift only went to the 3rd floor. This was more than compensated for by the big balcony with sweeping views over Lisbon and lots of seating to enjoy the sunset etc. Only negative was lack of shelving in bathroom and shower.

Positive: - Very nice, super modern and spacious apartment - Super clean - daily room service with good cleaning - Equipped with a washing machine, iron and iron board Negative - Quite a steep ascent to walk up from the city center. - To the site of my apartment there was a big air conditioning or ventilation system that made quite some noise, now allowing me to open the window at night if I wanted to sleep Neutral - very anonymous: check in with a terminal and never seeing the people responsible for the apartment is something that one can like or not.

Checkin was easy. There was someone who assisted us. The room was dated and furniture worn. scuffs on the wall. The curtain was not secured in and fell when we tried to close it. That was easy enough to fix. The drain in the bathroom shower ran slow and flooded the bathroom a bit. The location was good, though.

The property was great and the communication prior to arriving was excellent - really easy to find, easy to gain access and in a nice, safe area. The self check-in process was quick and simple. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and modern with kitchen facilities. The bed was comfy and even though it wasn't too hot in Lisbon, the aircon was appreciated. Check-out was efficient - you scan a QR code on the door in the apartment and fill out a form. The shower in my apartment was a bit small and the bathroom got wet very easily, but not an issue overall. Although I did not require an accessible apartment, it was adapted for those who would need it. Good facilities nearby with tram and bus options. If you're looking for a nice breakfast in the morning or brunch, visit Dedes nearby - it's a 5 minute walk away and is fantastic.

Estrella appartments - Lisbon

Estrella apoartments are easy reach located in LAPA District of Lisbon. Very easy communication for check in & paying city tax. Apartment is spacious, with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV, ironing board & iron. It also had dishes & cooking utensils. The only drawback was lack of instructions for oven/hob & I was doing a guessing game. It actually worked. Apartment was cleaned daily & fresh towels daily as well. It was also fitted with hairdryer, bodywash, soap & shampoo. Detergents for hand washing were provided, also for €1.00 dishwasher tablets & laundry tablets. There are several buses serving the apartment & tram 28 stop is just a stone throw away at Estrella church. In opposite direction about 7 min walk is Santos District with train station, iconic vegetables market, museums of puppets & art antigua & lots of bars, cafes & restaurants. Next to apartment itself there are 2 supermarkets & 3 cafés next to Estrella church
