"The unit was missing basics for an aparthotel such as garbage bags, dishwasher tabs and paper towel. I can live with that, but the host made a mistake with the checkout time they listed on Expedia and then refused to honour it. Late checkout was one of the reasons I picked this place!
They unsympathetically rushed me out before the listed check out time (due to their mistake!!) and I ended up missing a day of remote work as I was kicked to the curb with my bags. This issue could have been...

"The hotel wasn’t all suites hotel. It had a laundry, which was very useful. Having a full-size apartment was great. However, the building is older, so don’t expect modern amenities like accessible plugs in the bedroom. The bed in our bedroom definitely was showing its age. But for the cost and the fact it was a continental breakfast for free, it was worth the stay."
