Very nice quiet room and facilities and a good breakfast with plenty of choices.

Close to airport. Clean and convenient. Parking on site at a charge. All good.

Having a complementary breakfast was definitely a great way to start the day

The room was lovely and clean friendly staff, nice breakfast

We selected this hotel for location, however the services provided by the hotel and staff were excellent. Staff could not have been more helpful, from the manager (very visible during our stay), to reception and housekeeping staff. The complimentary breakfast was very good, and again staff couldn't have been more attentive during this service. Rooms were well equipped (even had a microwave). I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very large spacious modern room . Comfy beds good blackout blinds. Large bathtub and nice shower over it . All staff friendly. Good hotel gym modern equipment and nice view from it. Good location lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Nice breakfast enough choice, the made fresh omelettes are tasty like that it is proper crockery and cutlery rather than disposable. Pool area very clean and towels provided saw the chlorine levels being checked and added . Large bubbling hot tub. Very good stay

This hotel is a little gem The location is brilliant - only five to ten mins walk to the tram. Close to little Italy Staff lovely Room clean Really good hotel Great transport links for the Zoo Walking distance to Gas Lamp district and Sea Port

Good, clean hotel in a central location.

Amazing hotel

Amazing, friendly service and the coffee from the onsite coffee shop is divine! Great value and great location for public transport.

Check-in and checkout team excellent

Nice hotel, good facilities, breakfast was busy but lots of choice and regularly replenished. Nice warm pool. It does shut between 7-8pm to be cleaned which can be annoying if you get in at 6.55 without knowing this!

This is a very nice Embassy Suites with an attractive decor, attractive & clean rooms, a helpful staff, great bed, good chairs, good lighting, and a very special cocktail hour with drinks and snacks for the guest - - an unexpected treat provided for all guests.

Xx

Very beautifully decorated and well maintained property. The cleanliness was top notch. Kitchen staff were friendly and helpful. I like the fact that we also had complimentary dinner. Breakfast was quite monotonous but not too bad. Would definitely stay again.

Surprisingly quiet room despite location.
