"Poor staff greatly diminish what is a fabulous hotel. All of the staff at the Bellagio seem jaded, tired, disengaged and unhappy. They bring quite a gloomy atmosphere to any interaction. They were focused on tips, but did nothing to merit them (I gave them tips though). Prices at Bellagio have shifted from expensive to ridiculous. There is a clear difference in staff attitude when you venture elsewhere. At the Wynn they were more engaged, professional, happy, chatty, friendly, so we ended up spending our time and money there."
