"The entire place smells of cigarette smoke. If you don't like smelling like a 1990's bar everyday, this is not your place to stay. That's the only real issue with Bellagio - wreaks like an ashtray and it's disgusting. "

"When I got there, I requested an upgrade. I was then told my room was an upgrade and it was not what I consider an upgrade for the money I spent. The decor was old and everything in the room was dusty and old. I would not even sit on the furniture (sofa, chairs) because they were cloth or velvet and were not clean to my standards. My husband had to reclean the entire room with clorox wipes. We also had to get someone to come in vacuum the room because of all the food and crumbs that were found in the cloth chairs. This is by far the worst hotel I've stayed in as far as cleanliness in las Vegas. "
