"From the pictures, this property looked super cute and the price was affordable. Upon arrival, we were very shocked to find the condition of the hotel was not the same as the pictures. We were sent to our room which was located on the far side of the property facing the busy street. Once we got into our room, which we kind of felt like we were in the wrong part of town. Once in our room we closed the door and we could see a gap of light around 3 sides of it. We could also see light through the wall, where the air conditioner is. The TV was not hooked up to any type of service, no cable or no satellite …so there was nothing to watch and the staff couldn’t give us a remote to make that happen Upon checkout in the morning at 7 AM there was no one in the lobby. The doors were locked and there was a sign posted. Please come back at 9am. Other than that. It was great three out of five stars. "

"The staff was so nice and professional.The breakfast had everything you could want. Hot options fresh made omlettes plus breads fruit and yougart. The rooms are basic but clean, and very comfy beds. You can tell the property is loved and maintained even though it is older. The location is walkable to many restaurants and to downtown. It felt safe. I would stay here again. Good value. "

"Picture on the wall fell itself, toilet seat was broken, tv was not working, staff didn’t speak English and understood nothing, so it was the worst hotel in my life."

"The overall staff of the property were so nice and friendly. The area was decent, a lot of people randomly walk through (apartments next door, kinda sketchy). Staff did warn us not to walk around at night. So that was nice heads up. It does offer seating areas to hang out and be out in the nice weather, good lighting. Nice parking. Super close to broadway which was the reasoning for booking for prices on Ubers there and back, honestly not terrible. Now I know this is an older motel but our room wasn’t the greatest. Our friends room (newly updated) was way better! Our room however looked like the door was kicked in at one time, had a huge open gap under the door itself. With that being said DEAD little outside bugs around, nothing living (a plus). But expected. The sheets were clean but stained in areas, no bedbugs. The room definitely could use some updating and painting and a good clean but it is vintage. The fridge worked but had water in the bottom of it. Didn’t use the tv. Mainly just a place to sleep and shower. Overall reasonable for the price for a quick trip to Nashville for a night of drinking. "
