"I had a late checkin so you had to call for it to be put in a lock box! The lady who i spoke to actually forgot so good thing i called back and double checked. Room was quiet and bed clean for a good sleep."

"This is a great little motel in Arnprior. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms are nicely renovated. The value is excellent and I will stay here again."

"When arrived at the lodge the parking lots was dirty, went to the registration room and there was a sign saying "closed please call this number", had to call 4 times before someone answered. Was shown a room and the person from the registration office looked in the bathroom and said sorry, not this room. i will show you another one. When the door to the room was opened the room smelled of smoke and mold (there was a sign showing no smoking in the rooms). The room was nothing like the pictures shown on the web site. I would not recommend this place to anyone. When we told people we meet in Renfrew about the mess of this place, they had told us the place was supposed to be closed few years ago. Definitely should be taken off the list of hotels to recommend."
