"A Perfect Easter Weekend Getaway at Stonegate B&B Stay Duration: Easter Weekend Location & Accessibility: Stonegate B&B was very easy to find and access, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. Welcome & Hospitality: We received a warm and genuine welcome upon arrival. The owner went above and beyond—providing not only all the necessary information but also taking the time to personally show us around the property and answer all our questions. His knowledge of the surrounding area and local offerings was excellent and added real value to our stay. Room & Comfort: Our room was exactly what we were hoping for—spacious, comfortable, and with a romantic atmosphere. I typically don’t sleep well away from home, but in this case, I slept exceptionally well, which speaks volumes about the comfort and tranquility. Amenities & Cleanliness: Everything was spotless. We especially appreciated the small beverage area, which was thoughtfully stocked. Even when I woke up at 4 a.m., I was able to make tea, and later prepare coffee for my partner when they woke up. Breakfast Experience: Breakfast was excellent. The breakfast room, with its original farmstead charm, created a warm and inviting ambiance that made the experience even more enjoyable. "Happy with our 1st stay in the large family suite and the good breakfast ($7/person), we booked again on way back for the Champagne suite. The well kept big house can view the river from balconies of some rooms or the rooftop terrace (don't miss the sunrises). The hosts live on site and the lady was friendly and nice to talk to."
