"The hotel was good, but the staff was Great! Thanks to Michelle, SID and this friend (I didn't catch his name). Safe area, nearby amenities (Tim, Metro,...) and only 2 minutes from the ferries that can take you visit 1000 Islands! I recommend!"

"The room was good. Breakfast was awful. Hard stale bagels, hard boiled eggs (no scramble) and dry sausage. No variety at all, not kid friendly. The EV charger was the slowest I've ever encountered we didn't even get a full charge overnight. The layout is very confusing we got lost. Better signage ..."
