"I called the front office complaining that the AC wasn't working right she barely spoke English and told me there's been no complaints and that the air conditioner works I just asked if she could move me rooms and she said no sorry. so basically I just checked in about half an hour to an hour ago and I'm stuck with this room without AC she didn't even offer me a credit or anything to help me. not only that it was still kind of dirty in here I found pieces of hair on the sink and on the walls luckily I bring wipes everywhere I go. I definitely am very unhappy with this stay. I have stayed here once before and it wasn't this bad but the fact that she didn't want to help me and I'm stuck without AC is just a no-go for me ever again"

"Clean room. Plenty of space in rooms. Bathroom decent size. Quiet with large parking lot. Pets can stay. Overall great experience. Stayed 1 night with husband. Will stay again. Felt safe and staff was friendly."

Did not have proper shower accommodations even though I booked a handicap accessible room, the room was littered with roaches, and the entire sidewalk area around the building was covered in animal feces. The front desk worker was very compassionate, although there was not much he could do. "
