"Business trip- stay here due to safety. Locked parking area. Breakfast is a bit skimpy, more slightly above continental, but will need to go out for bigger plates. Nice room, clean and fairly spacious. Across from the transit terminal, and about a block to the arena events. Lots of restaurants to choose from, some walkable."

"The room was nice; fair rate. Ice machine tired. When we needed help with our tv we were helped right away! It took awhile to solve but it was followed threw to solving issue."

"We arrived to find that they had given our room away and had us wait an hour in the lobby while they tried to figure out what they had done. They eventually gave us a room and sent us on our way. We asked multiple times what the problem was and no one would tell us why we couldn’t get a room or why we had to wait. The manager had to be woken up and drove to the hotel and upon arrival was pissed she was woken up at 8:30 at night and was awful and unpleasant. The room we received had duct tape on the carpet and floor of the bathroom. There were holes under the sink counter. The rooms carpet was discolored and filthy. The bottoms of our socks were black. The next morning we went out to try to swim and the pool was green and nasty. It looked like a swamp. Breakfast wasn’t any better. Soggy wet eggs, stale bread and dry sausage was what we had to choose from for breakfast. I’d stay somewhere else if given the choice. We chose this hotel because the room was bigger than the other hotels but it wasn’t worth the hassle or the uncleanliness of the hotel not to mention the unfriendly and unprofessional staff. They don’t check your ID upon arrival and give away your room and tell you it’s your fault. If this sounds fun stay here. "

"Hotel is located in a great area. Just right off the freeway, close to shopping and dining areas. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Staff nice and polite. Free parking and breakfast was great. Will definitely stay there again when we're in town."
