"The staff was very helpful. There was only one ice machine that didn't work, so we went three days without ice. We were told to go to the restaurant and pay $1.00 for some ice. To check in early, you had to pay an extra $40.00, and since we were from out of town and arrived early, we had to wait a couple of hours. The TV in the room is 38 inches, about the size of a computer screen. The floors were slanted, and I felt like I had vertigo. I really don't think I will stay there again. Oh, and there’s no iron or microwave in the room."

"The pools were nice but they need resurfacing. The bottom of the big pool is really rough. Our room could have used some serious cleaning. The sliding doors leading out to the patio were quite dirty and they didn’t lock securely. The nightstand between the beds had sticky stuff all over it. The front of the fridge was also dirty. We had no hot water and the lamp in the suite part of turn room did not work. It’s a very dated hotel that is showing its age. "

"Great responsive staff. Clean room…..furniture updated but the bathrooms and kitchen need to be updated. We had a lovely pool and Mountain View room."

"A big room with lots of space but didn't automatically get cleaned and limited number of towels with no chairs for the balcony. The walls were also a bit thin so could here those in hall and next room at times. The staff were super nice and friendly - greeted you with a smile. The decorations and location are great though. "

"The room had a bad smell and it seems like I wasn’t the only one. As I was waiting to check in, the attendants that were there were making fun of the previous guest. They were saying that he complained about the odor yet he came back. Apparently there is a problem with a smell in the rooms. There was also a vehicle park with signs that said homeless and they need it money "
