"There was a softball/baseball tournament going on so there were like 100 kids in the hotel. Even though the hot tub says no one under 16, and the pool/fitness room sat no one under 16 w/o parental supervision, all facilities had many under age kids while their parents sat drinking in the seating area next to lobby. The hotel staff either didn’t know or looked the other way. "

"Front desk was very considerate & accommodating due to continued delay with my flight and then baggage once arrived at airport. They have a 2am cancellation policy but continued to hold my room which was much appreciated considering there were other people also with travel delays with no reservation that they could easily have given my room to for a higher price.
