"Got to the hotel and they made excuses that first the electricity in the 3 rooms we booked were not working and then that they were no more rooms left. They then took us to another hotel that they arranged for stay, which was terrible, toilet didn't flush, hot water for bathing was sparse and included breakfast was abysmal. Couldn't call anyone at 7pm and didn't have long distance to call Expedia. Also contacted Expedia by email and no one returned my email. I'm so disappointed in Expedia as...

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel
Recently refurbished to a high standard.
Staff attentive and very helpful.
Particularly enjoyed the musicians in the evenings and also at breakfast.
Ate in the restaurant on several occasions and food was very good.
The manager Mr Deepak Devpura made a point of asking each day, how my stay was going.
He and his team made my stay so enjoyable.
Give this place a try, i dont think you will regret it

I cannot fault this property all the food or the coffee shop the welcoming with guava juice after a dusty journey was very welcoming. They made registration easy where they came to me at the coffee shop to sign in the food was incredible and the chef came out to see me. There was a convention on while I was there where they were hundreds of people mainly men but they had a barbecue on grounds adjoining the hotel. It was a lovely relaxation being able to watch the waterfalls and the calmness of...

Little gem hidden in the old Udaipur close to Jagadish temple and the traditional Hattie Pole shopping area with its narrow lane but colourful and full of life. Checkout Lalit Shree Arts (mob. 9785056192) who makes hand painted art with intricate design.
The crowning jewel was the kitchen staff - the main chef Pravinji and all his kitchen staff including Bhupendra, Roopsing, Gopalji were very friendly to our needs. They do work hard and deserve 5 star from us.
