"Hotel and staff were amazing and in a nice quite location just out of town. Our room was lovely and we had everything we needed the only downside was that we were not aware or told at check in that dinner and a drink was an extra charge and given a bill at the end of our stay asking to pay in cash ..."

Terrible wifi
"The wifi password changes every day and it is unreliable. It didn't work more often than it worked. It was very frustrating and the staff would just give me a new password which also wouldn't work. If you need wifi at all, I would highly discourage you from staying here. Otherwise it was fine."

"WiFi only works in reception area not in the rooms. Toilet paper insufficient and hot water runs out half way through a shower as the geyser is too small. Overall clean and comfortable beds. Restaurant does not serve breakfast ranges mentioned on menu."

"Property is good for only staying in resort. If you want to explore Udaipur then look at some other place. You have to reach to the resort before the sunset as the way to resort is very silent and non crowded. Not suggesting for couples it’s only for group and suggesting for boys group."

Stay away. Totally unprofessional
"The owner tried to charge us for the room even though it was already paid for. He then claimed that the booking was made before he bought the hotel from the previous owner. After some heavy arguing we were allowed to stay. Very unprofessional."

    We stayed at Leela during corona time and would say they really took care of us well. I got sick and they called Doctor on site. Place was sanitized well and number of guests were not that many. Chefs were very help and went extra mile to give us food as we asked for. We asked for home food and Mr Simran specially cooked for us. Mr Rakesh made special cake on our anniversary. Mr Shamsher checked on us time and made sure we are taken care of. Overall great experience. Thanks to all the staff there.
