Let me first say whats not good and then whats good. This property is far away from the 5 star rating Expedia gave. I would rate it as a 3 star and the price should be half of whats listed. Not good: 1. Cleanliness - Faucets let out black colored water 2. Towels were dirty - white - but greyed from use or not being clean 3. Bathrooms are filthy - old - some mold and scaled 4. Bed sheets were not clean and bed was saggy 5. Everything is very old and it smells like cheap motel Good: 1. Property location is great 2. Staff is good and courteous 3. Views are amazing from the lake side rooms 4. This would be a good hotel if the price was half and it was listed at a 3 star

It was lake facing, quite, serine..Just the vacation we as family were looking for. The staff was good..the room was hygenic and food was excellent. From an improvement perspective - The TV was not operational (although thats the last thing I would like to watch) When we reached the property we were not welcomed as guests (did not get the vibe), nobody guided me to parking, there was no one to pick up our luggage. Considering this as a 4-Star property, this was the least I was expecting. Overall I would rate my overall stay 4.95 on scale of 5.

Nice view, bad hotel
The bathrooms smelled bad. We changed rooms and the new one also still smelled bad and had visible gunk in the drains. The lighting was unpleasant. The elevator fire alarm went off at 11pm right as we were trying to sleep. The power also went out for a good minute or two in the middle of our stay. The manager Deepak was very nice and helpful, and the front desk staff were nice - but the hotel itself was not in good condition. The view is amazing, and the food is good. However, at this $150+ per night price point I would recommend going elsewhere based on the quality of rooms and bathrooms. I disagree with the classification of this being a 5 star hotel.
