"The service was very poor. The hotel organised an event for Valentines day and refused to serve the In-house guest (no room service facility all day). We stayed at Leela during corona time and would say they really took care of us well. I got sick and they called Doctor on site. Place was sanitized well and number of guests were not that many. Chefs were very help and went extra mile to give us food as we asked for. We asked for home food and Mr Simran specially cooked for us. Mr Rakesh made special cake on our anniversary. Mr Shamsher checked on us time and made sure we are taken care of. Overall great experience. Thanks to all the staff there.

The best place to be on Lake Pichola

Excellently maintained, outstanding service and scrumptious meals added to the overall charm of the hotel. View from the room was mesmerizing. You actually get to see the sunset from the room itself. Great stay. Nothing to complain about, except for may be some complementary shuttle service for senior citizens would be good to avoid the uphill walk while coming in and out of the City Palace Complex. We were there to celebrate our 10th Anniversary and the hotel made it just perfect with lovely flower decorations(special thanks to Bhanwar for this) and complementary cake!
