"The hotel is stunning and the staff very friendly, however, 2 points to mention: - the windows of our lake view room were very dirty, and sealed, which ruined the view. - on the second night, the swimming pool area was closed for a private event, and the guests were not able to access the premises "

"The hotel was very exquisite clean and we'll maintained. The room was more than adequate with a great view of City Palace. The breakfast was great really enjoyed it and location was perfect walking distance to the best sites. Staff was friendly and helpful."
