"I started off in a tiny uncomfortable room like a boom closet with single bed even though I booked and paid for a non-smoking room with double bed many weeks in advance. Lights were dim or 'only for show'. I had to use my friend's bathroom because no hot water in mine. On the second of our 3 days I very firmly requested a better room and was allocated one. "Worst hotel in town with uneducated staff. Pathetic costumer service. Very unfriendly , zero values work ethic and unprofessional staff. Waited around 1 hr at front desk to checking. Quality of services is really poor I would not recommend anyone to go with this hotel"
