Nice hotel over lake pichola.

Nice experience. Though old but good.excellant staff, good food, nice big room but wash room amenities are not at all acceptable.urgent renovation required.wash room toiletris must include tooth paste and tooth brush.

Amazing location. Very good views from the rooftop restaurant. Food was decent as well. However the rooms were not clean ( one of the rooms had something sticky on the floor and ants on it). Service was also below average

Even though the overall experience was absolutely nice, however no bill was issued and we were told that we shall receive the bills directly on Email, which we have not received till date. Moreover, the hotel insisted on cash payment only and did not accept the Credit Card, which was really embarrassing. Please look into the matter and provide the resolution thereof.
