"This is a lovely hotel and good value for the location. Staff are all excellent. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Good beds showers and facilities. The small gym is good and the pool was excellent- the cleanest we experienced in India. (Credit to the guys on duty around the pool they were excellent) Front desk staff were so helpful (especially Rhada and Bibek) Also the staff and food at Pizza by the lake were amazing. Breakfast was good and also well organised. Excellent hotel and highly recommended "

"Every minute of our stay was a treat. The service was next level and always on point. We felt pampered from the time we were welcomed with a rose petal shower on entry to our check out time. Every nook and cranny is just lovely. We dined on the roof at Bhairo and it was a sublime experience."

"Brilliant hotel, service and hospitality is a different level- better than any other hotel we have stayed at. Rooms and food is excellent as well as best spa. Only thing I would say, is taps are not mixer taps so difficult to adjust water temperature. Other than that best hotel ever stayed at well worth it. And worth the upgrade for the the semi private pool. "
