I am a regular visitor of this hotel as this is in the heart of New Delhi and cool place. This hotel is located nearby to big food joints, cinema halls markets and hospitals.

The room was spacious and everything was bright and clean. The safe was large enough for a 15" laptop and the bed was comfy. The staff were super friendly and very helpful, they moved us to a new room as our aircon wasn't working properly. We used the hotel driver for two days out and he was fantastic, making sure we saw the sights of Delhi and helped us build our itinerary as we went, as we only had a rough idea of places to go to. Overall, I would say that Taj was the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The atmosphere, the building and the service was simply impeccable. Most importantly, was the room service, led by Mr Nawab Singh, who was ever so accommodating, welcoming and simply a gentleman. Would love to visit again.

stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in march.it is 5 star with great location and welcoming staff.very central location and near Nehru Metro station .nearby shops and in the mall food court. we were in executive room on the fifth floor which allowed us free breakfast,free wi fi in the room,free news paper and all day beverges and soft drink with sandwiches and cakes etc also from 18.30-20.30 free alchoholic drinks and hot nibbles.a great experiance

Excellent hotel. The. Service was first class. Everyone at the hotel takes great pride as employees, nothing is too much trouble. The room was perfect, great shower and the air conditioning worked well. The food was amazing, great choice and freshly made. I loved the rooftop pool,a real treat. This is a luxurious hotel which I can thoroughly recommend

The Aloft hotel aerocity is a great hotel to stay. Very clean, safe, 5 minutes walk from worldmark . Staff are very hospitable. Restaurant is very spacious, great selection of food and the staff in restaurant are very hospitable. Housekeeping staff do a great job in keeping the rooms clean. Highly recommended hotel to stay when in Delhi. Only 20 minutes from the airport.

There was a situation in my room on arrival. This was promptly dealt with. The management team were so apologetic & did everything to make amends. Their communication system within the team is a credit to Taj. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was to Taj standards and it was. Hotel staff greeted us nicely , rooms nice & tidy, next to hockey stadium. Easy for transport & close to main attractions

The property has a top location and superb staff . The hotel rooms are very well appointed , and high class all the way . The club room lounge was absolutely outstanding and worth the cost . A special mention to the manager of the lounge , Amit sharma , and the staff for making me feel so welcome . A warm thank you !

The staff was very helpful,proffesional and polite.The young ladies and men at breakfast were very accomodating and cheerful.The live music was very relaxing and entertaining. The breakfast however, lacked variety as fruit and Indian sweet dishes were very limited and repetative. The rooms should have a full long mirror as without that it was difficult to wear a sari or long dresses.
