This is our third visit in three years. The best features are the private pool villas, breakfast and wonderful staff.

Fantastic and spacious 3 bedrooms suite,staff so welcoming and attentive cannot fault anything !

Only downside to this property is the fact that I only had 2 nights there!!! Superb!!!

The staff was great. My special thanks go to Khun Tan who received me at check in; she has done her job wonderfully with service mind, good sense of humour and more than pleasing manners. Stayed in a 3 bedroom villa with 6 adults from September 21 - 27 . Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. A good size swimming pool, beautiful location. The resort itself is big and beautiful. Friendly and very helpful staff. Very warm welcome from staff when we got there. Excellent buffet breakfast, but Friday night sea food dinner buffet was extremely expensive and not much varieties. The standard was amazing however they have spoilt us for our trip as now they have set the standard so high, no other hotel can match it and we keep getting disappointed. I wish they had a hotel like this in every city we are staying in Thailand, nothing was too much trouble for them and the staff make the hotel atmosphere

The hotel is very nice and clean, and well located in Patpong. Breakfast is varied fresh and delicious, all employees are very nice welcoming and helpful!! Every request is immediately responded. The pool on the roof is very nice and cool. We also had dinner at the restaurant. There’s also a bar restaurant with live music which is really nice!!

I Loved the 3 Fluffy Pillows & Bed sheets & covers! Very good deep, REM sleep accessories! Keep them on each Bed. Zzzzzzzzz

Loved this hotel. I'd call it hip chic. Room was small but that didn't bother us. It's in a great location so we were able to walk everywhere. Don't book a taxi through the hotel. They charge you extra. Easy to find a taxi right outside.

We booked this hotel to spend time relaxing after a hectic 2 weeks travelling in Vietnam and Cambodia. The hotel did not fail to impress us and ensured we had an amazing 5 days here. The staff throughout the hotel were welcoming, friendly and always keen to help. We chose a swim-up room which allowed us to swim from our room straight to the pool bar! Great modern hotel. A bit of an oasis of calm in busy Phuket. Excellent sports facilities, great Muay Thai trainers in particular. Spacious rooms. Great breakfast.
