I recently stayed at your property and wanted to share my experience. I was particularly impressed with Customer Service, and I found the room to be impeccable. I was consistently impressed by the staff's dedication to service. From the moment I checked in, they made sure I felt welcomed and informed about the hotel's amenities. Thank you to the entire team at Holiday Inn Express for making my visit a pleasant one. I look forward to the opportunity to visit again. Best regards,

The Residence Inn is a clean, efficient and friendly hotel in Summertown, a Charleston, SC. The only drawbacks were location, some way removed from downtown Charleston and access with roads to the hotel entrance difficult to navigate and not well marked. Only breakfast is served making it difficult for anyone who does not have a car.

The room was lovely, clean and the bed super comfy. Parking was easy and there were shops nearby. Breakfast was lovely and the breakfast staff so helpful and friendly. We had a lovely meal at a local restaurant Oscar’s that was recommended by the man on reception ( sorry didn’t get his name! ) He was very helpful and even rang the restaurant to check that it was open on a Sunday for us. It was well located and an easy drive into Charleston.

We've stayed here about 4 times now when we come to North Charleston. The staff are always great it's a very pleasant relaxing hotel and clean. The breakfasts are great always tasty and plenty of it. We will stay again.

Comfortable and well stocked kitchen

Hotel and staff were excellent. A fair drive from the Charleston tourist sites but ideal to get away from the bustle of downtown and relax.

Incredible check-in/front desk staff. Large, comfortable room.

Used as an airport hotel after a day of travelling and was pleased with my stay. Nice comfortable bed, straight forward check-in. Limited but decent free breakfast.
