"The telephone did not work and they didn't change it even after we asked them to. We needed to tell them repeatedly to get few things done like room cleaning and spraying insecticide inside bathroom. Neither hot water facility for bathing nor provided a kettle. Overall pretty average stay and not worth the price we paid(~5.5k) for 2 days for 2 person AC room."

"The property was okay. The location is horrible, however. There are literally no forms of transportation available around here. Uber and Olas would regularly refuse to come here. The service staff are friendly and available 24/7 which was good. But they mistook our booking and we missed the complementary breakfast for the first 2 days. The beds were not comfortable at all. Overall a mixed experience. "
