We are a small family of 3 stayed here for one night. Check in was smooth, check out smooth n easy. Toilet can be better or rather convenient if there are elders staying in the room as shower tub is too deep and its challenging for aged people to use toilet esp for shower. Overall stay was good

Had a good experience and the stay was pleasant and no doubt about it. Did a last minute booking so had to get whatever was available, so got an okay room. However, it felt like staff are not so friendly at the pool. Busy gossiping with each other than giving out information when I asked for little information about pool and changing rooms. Breakfast was awesome. Huge selection and a lot of options to choose from. Masala tea and south indian filter coffee is highly recommended and they are a must try. Will I come back to the same hotel!! May be no coz there are very good deals available at the same price. It’s just an honest opinion.

The toiletries, dental kit were of very low quality. The hotel doesn’t provide with cotton swabs. I thought been a five star they’re suppose to provide with basic amenities. The stay was ok.

The room was comfortable and the room service and reception was great too.Breakfast spread was superlative and the taste was equally good.I just have only one complaint with regards to the service during the Breakfast.For the 3 days that we had stayed the service offered on day 1 was nice but strangely it jept on deteriorating as we progressed becoming bad in day 2 and worse by day 3.Not that we were not provided the service.But on day 1we did not have to ask for the service but by day 3 we had to ask.for the service.Apart from this everything else was good.

I loved my stay in Hyatt place. Banjara. I want to thank all the team at this property ( who served from 1st March to 3rd March 2025).. I thank them most Vechas they made my son’s birthday a wonderful memory ( he is a special child).. for my Aryan a good place to stay and good food is all that matters.. also the team treated him with love and care. That’s very very important to me whenever I travel.

Their service depends on their mood. Restaurant and Backoffice team must to attend customer service training. Along with please learn how to behave with customers. Or if possible ask them to visit other hotels like Marriott
