The biggest problem with the room is that the beds and the carpet are always damp. The carpet is sticky to walk on. I believe it’s due to poor exhaust system in the bathroom. Without proper exhaust, all the moisture from the showers gets trapped inside the room and absorbed by the beds and the carpet. When we reported the problem, they put a floor fan in the room and that did help keep the place dry. However, that fan was very loud and annoying. Also, the room service would turn off the fan some days and we find everything damp again when we return to the room in the night. I think there’s a serious flaw in the architecture/design of the property. The driveways of the property are so tight that it was painful to get in and out of the hotel everyday. Food is great, and the staff was courteous.

1) Every single day, after the room service, there were no towels in the room. We had to call and ask for towels. Even then, they did not bring the overall set of towels required. 2) In the top level restaurant, one of the dishes was having foul smell. When brought this to the notice of chef, the chef did not think there was something wrong with the food.
