Amzing stay

Nice

One of the best 5 Star Hotels we have stayed in. Attentive and courteous staff, great facilities and an excellent choice of food, especially at breakfast. Lots of personal touches that left us feeling valued and delighted. Thank you and keep up the great work !!

My birthday happened to fall during the time I was staying at the Swissotel Kolkata. I hadn't mentioned this to anyone at the hotel. However, the staff were so attentive in every way that they must have taken note of my birthday on my passport when we checked in and had a cake delivered to my room. Good property with excellent service

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff and the service they provided was excellent. Our room house keeper was so helpful and kept our room spotless. Sometimes when we came to our room at night we found swans or snakes made out of towels - A lovely surprise.

people are good here

This is a very good local hotel - not a big international chain. That is reflected in the cost and the room is excellent value for money. It has a safe, fridge and additional freebies like biscuits. Food and drink are very reasonable and the breakfast is good.

I've stayed here many times, always enjoy my stay as staff are very friendly and great service offered all the time. Looking forward to staying there again during my next visit!

Wonderful breakfast, bedroom and bathroom designed at highest spec. Staffs were awesome.

Great hotel. Shower was a blocked and flooded a little but apart from that - perfect.

Room was very good with all the facilities. Room service was excellent.

Fantastic hotel! The service was outstanding especially the housekeeping service. Was great to have a lovely clean pool to swim in. Location is handy for all major sights. Walking distance to new market and Eden gardens.

Very welcoming, easy to find, perfect location from airport, restaurant is reasonable price and tasty, room was very comfortable, staff were helpful, and breakfast was lovely. An easy way to settle in Kolkata quickly.
