He still cannot stop talking about how caring, and helpful the staff were during his stay from check in, to his meals at the restaurants all the way through check out. Everyone had smiles on their face and treated him with such care. A special shout out to Aavantika from concierge, who went above and beyond to make sure my father was well taken care throughout his stay.
