Enjoy a getaway for two at these romantic properties
It was a complete resort with a full slate of amenities. The villas and suites were well designed and situated on the hillside, and the restaurants, pools and reception areas were all beautiful.
The staff is most helpful, buffet dinners are great, breakfast is diverse . There are some issues with Wi-Fi reception in some public areas (main pool, chantara restaurant).
it is better to plumbing of toilet bowl and control of ants
Everything was fabulous...from our accommodations to the pools, to the restaurants on the property and most of all to the attentive and always gracious resort staff! We would definitely return to this resort in the future and plan to recommend it family/friends travelling to Koh Samui!
Beautiful beach front hotel, with tasteful minimalist architecture. The pool, the beach and the location are all excellent, with the fisherman's village nearby. The staff is wonderful, and happy to help you plan day trips in and around the island.
The hotel was Clean, great location with nice views. Swimming pool wasn’t that big but good enough
Great place to stay that's off the beaten path. If you stay make sure you are comfortable with riding a scooter as its the best way of getting around the island.
The location, although a little isolated, is great. The shuttle bus is convenient except that the schedule is not the most convenient. Since our first visit over five years ago, some corners have been cut in the F&B area.
You can reach the key attractions in 15-20mins, staff is all nice and friendly. The resort provides many activities which can stay relaxed whole day in the resort from morning yoga to swimming / beach activities. 2 times housekeep make your room always clean, and the resort makes you feel like staying ...
Known as a tropical paradise, Koh Samui attracts visitors from all over the world. Golden beaches are situated next to a backdrop of palm trees and emerald rain forest. The beach resorts of Lamai and Chaweng are busy, but once outside these there are plenty of hotels and resorts where vacationers can enjoy seclusion and romantic breaks.
There are romantic hotels on Koh Samui that cater to all budgets. They are situated close to beaches which include Maenam, Choengmon, Taling Ngam, and even the less busy portion of Lamai. Samui is not a big island and it takes less than one hour to travel around its coastal highway. Visitors arriving at either the airport or the ferry port at Na Thon can find themselves relaxing out on their hotel room balconies in no time at all.
The W Retreat at Maenam is a welcoming Koh Samui hotel for couples looking for the ultimate escape or somewhere to spend their honeymoons. The W’s 74 accommodation units are luxurious, soundproofed for comfort, and have their own plunge pools. On-site dining and wining venues are assorted and include a Japanese restaurant and a grill on the private beach.
Choengmon is a peninsula on the northeast corner of the island and an easy trip from the airport or Chaweng. Choengmon is home to the largest area of romantic hotels in Koh Samui. Royal Muang Samui Villas is one of the main hotels here and offers five-star suites to guests. The pampering starts here as soon as guests arrive and they are handed garlands and cold towels.
Heading down the east coast of Koh Samui you'll find the route to romantic hotels that include the Banyan Tree and the X2 Samui Resort. The Banyan Tree nestles on a hill between Chaweng and Lamai and features superior units based on old-style architecture but packed with modern amenities.
The X2 is at Hua Thanon and boasts a collection of pool villas beside an unspoiled beachside setting. You'll also discover great restaurants and facilities including a full-service spa. The Conrad Spa Resort is one of several Koh Samui romantic hotels at Taling Ngam. Couples with limited funds have a great selection of guest houses to choose from—the Rewadee Garden Resort at Bang Po is one of them.
