Nice and ckean
Small rooms but great pool and right on the beach. The food is really expensive so recommend walking the st instead for local food.
Nice hotel next to the beach. Excellent location with shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel staffs are friendly with a ready smile to greet guests wherever we go. Hotel food is expensive though. Sea sports are avalilable just in front of the beach. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
It is a very nice hotel but not a place to bring a nice looking girl. Like most of Thailand the staff is more concerned with picking up women instead of providing good service
it beautiful and good location. The service staff need more training.
Restaurants overpriced and the dishes haven't impressed A little bit run down in terms of facilities
Loved the atmosphere.... truly felt like being on holiday
Such a beautiful hotel, great location. The staff are really friendly and will go out of there way to help you
Very friendly staff, perfect hotel for families. We will return. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
Thailand’s Koh Samui is your typical tropical paradise island, and its golden beaches are set against an emerald backdrop of forest. Samui’s attractions in recent years have evolved into a great range of activities and nightlife venues, but its most alluring draw is still the wonderful beaches.
The bulk of Samui’s 500-plus hotels and resorts are within close proximity to beaches. The greatest concentration of Koh Samui beach hotels is on the northeast shoreline. There is a large selection of hotels available from Choeng Mon down past Chaweng and Lamai.
In Chaweng, beach hotels include The Library and the four-star Samui Paradise Chaweng Beach Resort. The Library is an award-winning boutique hotel where a highlight is breakfast served to guests while they laze on soft beach mattresses. It is also a popular venue for weddings.
In Lamai, there are plenty of other excellent choices of hotels and resorts near the beach. The Banyan Tree Samui is built on a series of hill-terraces above the bay. Five-star opulence comes with quintessential Thai architecture and includes a spa, the highly-acclaimed Edge Restaurant, a grand ballroom, and a business centre.
The Rich Resort Beachside Hotel is a budget-friendly Lamai option and the location of the noted Swing Bar Restaurant. Another inexpensive option on the exclusive Choeng Mon peninsula is the Baiyoke Seacoast Resort. The peninsula boasts a collection of luxury villas and chalet complexes including the Samujana Seven Bedroom Pool Villa.
With its stunning beaches, the east coast was the traditional location for most of the hotels and old-style, bamboo-bungalow complexes. In the 21st century, hotels on beaches such as Bophut, Maenam, Hua Thanon, and Taling Ngam have increased choices for Samui vacationers.
The Zazen Boutique Resort is a popular spot in Bophut and boasts a great spa facility. The Free House Bungalow is just along the beach and is an excellent choice for those with limited funds. The Mantra Resort at Maenam is a five-star premises. At Taling Ngam, the Conrad Residences is a firm favourite with discerning visitors.
