Not far away from Samui airport, only 15-minute drive if no traffic jam. The hotel is full of beautiful landscape, full of delicious foods & full of wonderful smiles.
Quality hotel. Rooms excellent. Good location. Staff extremely friendly and helpful but limited English caused a few minor difficulties.
Peace resort is what it says it’s such a peaceful place if u want to party it’s not for you. Lovely bungalows to stay in clean and everything you require. Staff are amazing so friendly and polite, the beach is yards away from resort we would highly recommend!
The location of the resort is great, its in Lamai , so it is away from the hustle bustle Chewang, so the beach area is less crowded. The rooms are really nice, service is great, staff are super helpful and friendly. Food in restaurant is awesome. Good hotel for both family or couple.
Everything was perfect apart from the toilet in our room which didn’t work
The good: Nice clean spacious rooms and shower. Good breakfast and location is right on the beach. The bad: Occasional foul smelling odours bubbling up from plumbing in room on 1st floor.
Lovely hotel in tranquil surroundings. Beautiful views from the room and close to restaurants and bars
Property was perfectly situated on the beach, with a beautiful garden leading to the beach and access to the main drag and all the amenities
Very friendly staff, helped with taxi, made me feel welcome.
Koh Samui is not Singapore or Hong Kong when it comes to shopping, but it still has several areas where tourists can enjoy a spot of retail therapy or buy a few keepsakes to take home as gifts. There are also a few places which sell high-end designer products, clothing, and accessories.
Chaweng Beach Road is the main shopping area on Koh Samui and there is a good selection of hotels close to the strip. The palatial Centara Grand Beach Resort, Al's Resort, and the budget-friendly Cheeky Monkey's are among numerous Chaweng hotels where guests can go shopping. They can purchase articles ranging from beach sarongs to hand-carved wooden elephants.
Quite a few tailors work out of shops in Chaweng and offer the chance of taking home a silk suit or dress—most for very reasonable prices, as well. People staying at Koh Samui hotels in Chaweng are within easy distance of Central Festival Shopping Mall. This complex is modern, has a children’s play zone, and top name outlets like Adidas and Thailand’s own Jim Thompson.
Central Festival is close to the international airport and the bottom of Choeng Mon. Sea Dance Resort and Absolute Sanctuary are two of the hotels offering easy access to Chaweng’s shopping. Lamai is 10 minutes down the coast from Chaweng and its shopping venues are effortlessly reached on foot from Koh Samui hotels.
Fisherman's Village is on the north shore and at the back of Bophut Beach. The village’s old wooden buildings have been restored and now contain boutiques selling clothes, jewellery made out of silver and semi-precious stones, and household ornaments. Restaurants and cafés are also located around here. People staying at Koh Samui hotels located in this area can go shopping in the village.
The north coast is noted for its cheaper collection of hotels and the CoCo House and Palm Point Village are just a couple of them. In Na Thon, there are shops selling assorted items as well as a small department store and a traditional market. Vacationers lodging in Lipa Noi, Taling Ngam, and Bang Po will find Na Thon great for shopping.
