"The woman that works here is so so lovely. The beds are comfortable, but the ladder to get up to them is slightly difficult to navigate. The showers were great and had loads of hot water. "We loved our stay at OZO Chaweng! There were plentiful lounge chairs on the beach, around the pool, in the sun, under the shade of palm trees. "Property was fairly new and pool facilities were good. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms were large with 2 TVs but neither worked very well. The pictures and sound were very poor as if no aerial. Unfortunately the room floors were pretty dirty with horrible stains. Needed a good wash.
