The Hotel is located in a quiet inner lane. However, a 200 metre walk beings us to the Suburban Metro Station and the main roads of the city. Amazing views of the Danube, great service and very clean. Lovely room, good size and high quality furnishings. Mini fridge with room for few of own items. Huge safe. Everything on the room was comfortable, efficient and well lit, the room curtains were very dark when closed, and the whole hotel was modern. Very convenient to the train station and local transit options. I hope to stay here again when I return.

Just returned from our trip, this hotel was fantastic, the staff were soo lovely and went above and beyond to ensure our room was made special and my mother was welcomed to celebrate her birthday. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully presented, the breakfast room is very pretty with a choice of hot or cold food which was all regularly replenished and the staff always on hand to ensure you're well looked after, just outside the hotel are some bars and restaurants making it perfectly located...

Great hotel, location is great to explore Budapest, facilities are amazing, spa is a must, if you can get concert tickets for onsite theatre that would be great. A small comment about steam room which was broken for our 4 days stay, and a small comment about cleaning in rooms that needs to improve. I would still go again there.

The check in online process was really easy. The staff were super friendly and helpful. This hotel is perfectly positioned to walk and explore Budapest, with endless lovely pubs and restaurants nearby.

We lived this place from the moment we arrived. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. As we arrived early, we thought we'd have to leave or cases, which would not have been a problem, but they found us a room straightaway. We booked the slightly better room with a kitchinette.
