"The staff are extremely polite and helpful. They always had a smile on their face and went above and beyond to make the stay wonderful.
However the property itself is not worthy of being called 4 star. Extremely dirty rooms which haven't been cleaned properly in a long time. There was dust everywhere. Small fruitflies like insects everywhere in the room. The amenities like showers, cabinets, lamps etc haven't been cleaned or replaced ever."

LOVED Everything - Location (central & sea views), Staff, Service, Rooms (Spacious, Clean & didn’t have the humid/mouldy smell like other hotels in the city), Food (Restaurant & In Room Dining staff go out of their way to ensure your food experience is great!). Rooftop bar & lounge is a great option. Spa staff & Therapists were great & professional too - treatment was amazing. Will definitely be recommending & back if i can!🙏
